Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-10-06 · The Latvian version is legally binding. The Russian and English versions are translations for convenience.

This policy is Annex 2 to the Terms of Service. By using Meistars AI you agree:

1. To use the service only for lawful business or professional activity and only on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
2. Not to send misleading, fraudulent or unfair offers or invoices (e.g. for work not done or with someone else’s details).
3. Not to use customer links for spam or phishing or for people who are not your customers.
4. Not to enter other people’s data without a legal basis, and not to enter special categories of data (health, personal identity number, etc.) unless necessary.
5. Not to upload unlawful or offensive content, content that infringes others’ rights (including copyright), or malware.
6. Not to try to access other users’ data, bypass security, rate or AI limits, run load or vulnerability tests without our written permission, scrape data or disrupt the service.
7. Not to use the AI features to generate content unrelated to your work or to obtain access to AI models for other purposes.
8. Not to give account access to people whose actions you are not responsible for.

If you breach this policy we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close the account (section 15 of the Terms of Service) and inform the competent authorities where the law requires.
